Adam Ludgate
Head of Technology
Adam is a technology leader with two decades of experience working with a variety of technology companies, from large corporations down to very small start-ups. He has worked in both Canada and in the UK, leading local and remote technical teams spread across the globe. Adam’s primary focus from an advisory perspective is on oversight of technical execution based on product requirements, following best-practices using agile methodologies. He is a Computer Science graduate with a very hands-on focus on product development from a technical perspective.
Nicolas Gorse
Advisor
Nicolas has a passion for helping startups understand their technical needs, defining their product roadmap, and structuring their development team and processes. He is the founder and main collaborator of EMANSO Technologies, a software and AI consultancy firm based in Montreal. Prior to that, Nicolas spent 15 years in industry, first in micro-electronics (Synopsys), then in speech recognition (Nuance). Amongst those years, he occupied different positions in different fields, both as a developer and as a team/product manager. This diverse experience makes him a generalist in technology with expertise in AI and technical product management. Nicolas holds a PhD in computer science (U of Montreal) and is the happy father of 3 smart daughters.
Kieren Beltrame

An expert in technology and Internet systems, Kieren is passionate about growing and leading teams to solve some of the world’s most complex product, engineering and data science problems. Significant expertise in the design and delivery of large-scale technology, change and M&A strategies and programmes across Australasia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. Operational experience covering the C-suite at corporate level (Skype, Microsoft, eBay) as well as for startups and scaleups.
David Paquette

David is as passionate about software development as he is about engaging others in striving for quality software that solves real-world business problems. David has many years of experience in developing software across a wide variety of industries, where he has been a strong advocate for best practices and focusing teams on delivering value. He has led the development of several commercial products and internal systems. This wide range of experience has helped to cultivate his pragmatic approach to solving technical and business problems.David an 8-year Microsoft MVP in Developer Technologies and has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan. He is active the software community, presenting at local events and conferences and contributing to open source projects.
